James W. Blackburn Scholarship Fund

This Scholarship is for freshman students in the School of Journalism and Mass Communication. Applications are reviewed with selections based upon a student’s successful high school journalism career. Other selection criteria include overall level of academic standing, an emphasis on thorough and responsible work and accomplishments in extra-curricular high school activities and a strong and positive personality along with high moral character.
