Iowa Space Grant Scholarship Program

UNDERGRADUATE MERIT SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM – The Iowa Space Grant Consortium (ISGC) will award scholarships to support outstanding undergraduate students pursuing research opportunities in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) disciplines that support NASA’s mission.

AWARDS: Ten (10) scholarships of $3,000 will be awarded to support outstanding undergraduate students pursuing a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) disciplines that support NASA’s mission
(preservice STEM education majors also qualify).

REQUIREMENTS:
▪ U.S. citizenship
▪ Full-time enrollment at DMACC,Drake,ISU,Loras,Morningside,UI,or UNI as of August 2023
▪ Graduation date no earlier than May 2024
▪ Cumulative GPA of at least 3.0 (out of 4.0)
▪ Majoring in STEM disciplines

Award winners will be chosen based on student qualifications, application, and letter of recommendation. Women, underrepresented minorities, persons with disabilities, and U.S. military veterans are encouraged to apply.
