Principal Scholars Program Finance Scholarship

Funding provided by Principal® supports scholarships for students majoring in finance or declared intent to major in finance. Students with demonstrated experience in or a commitment to promoting the needs of women and non-binary individuals are encouraged to apply. Recipients may be invited to participate in a mentoring program with Principal professionals.

The Principal Scholars must meet the following criteria: U.S. citizen or permanent residency required; full-time student equivalent status required or participating in a coop/internship opportunity; have and maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.8. In accordance with applicable federal and state law and University policy, all students are encouraged to apply, including students from diverse backgrounds and experiences. In its selection process, the University will consider applicants’ potential career field as well as students’ on and off campus extracurricular activities, grades and academic performance, leadership roles, and life experiences.
