John W. & Mabel G. Schoen Business Scholarship

The John W. & Mabel G. Schoen Business Scholarship is awarded to junior and senior students majoring in accounting, management and entrepreneurship. All recipients must be full-time students in good standing. Those students as juniors receiving award may reapply in senior year. Following criteria apply: 1) be a worthy and deserving student in every respect (energetic, enthusiastic, ethical); 2) have minimum overall GPA of 2.75 or better; 3) profess genuine desire to excel in area of study. If a recipient’s GPA falls below 2.5 or the recipient transfers from the academic discipline, the student shall forfeit the scholarship and a new student shall be selected. Final recipients of scholarships will be selected by representatives of Schoen family from candidates recommended by selection committee.
