Mike and Judy Greer Scholarship in memory of Mary Greer

Established by Mike and Judy Greer to honor the memory of Mike’s mother, who worked for 25 years in the Main Library Circulation Department. Awarded to University Libraries student employees who work in the UI Main Library. If a recipient matching this stated preference cannot be found, then preference is given to student employees working in one of the other University Libraries. You must be employed for a minimum of two semesters (which do not have to be consecutive) before you can apply for this award. This scholarship is renewable for as long as the recipient continues to qualify under the criteria; they must reapply each year. Applicants must demonstrate strong academic performance, excellent job performance, and be in good standing with the University. *The University Libraries includes the Main Library, Hardin Library for the Health Sciences, and the Art, Sciences, Business, Engineering, and Music libraries. Students employed in the Law Library or other campus departmental libraries are not eligible, unless also employed at one of the listed University Libraries.
