Clifford Baumback Scholarship

The Clifford M. Baumback Entrepreneurial Studies Award is awarded to a senior having demonstrated financial need and outstanding scholastic achievement in entrepreneurial studies. Applicants indicating financial need, initiative and enthusiasm will be given consideration. Mrs. Janice Baumback established this award in memory of her husband, Clifford Baumback, who was a University of Iowa faculty member from 1953 until his retirement in 1980, as a professor emeritus. He was the first director of the University of Iowa Institute for Entrepreneurial Management in 1979.
