Frank A Park Scholarship Fund

This scholarship is awarded to deserving students in the College of Engineering based on financial need and academic merit. Preference is given to students from Woodbury County, Iowa, or Rock Island County, Illinois. If no candidates from the above-mentioned locations qualify, then preference will be given to a student from Iowa.
