William C Blackburn Engineering Scholarship

This scholarship is awarded to a full-time upper-level student in good standing in the College of Engineering. The student chosen, either male or female, should be a U.S. citizen of any ethnic background. He or she should be of good character, be an asset to the University, have a reasonable GPA, and show promise of being a solid addition to the engineering world.
