Edward A. and Carol Moreno Engineering Student Scholarship

This scholarship is awarded to deserving students in the College of Engineering. Preference is given to students from West Liberty, Iowa, who have participated in the West Liberty Youth Dream Catchers program and/or is a member of the University of Iowa College of Engineering Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers (SHPE) and who demonstrate financial need. If a recipient matching the stated preferences cannot be found, preference is given to students from West Liberty, Iowa, followed by students from Muscatine County in Iowa who demonstrate financial need.
