Scholarship Criteria: Student must be enrolled in an undergraduate program, have a minimum GPA of 3.5, and be a resident of Illinois not including the Chicago Metro area as defined by the following counties: Lake, Cook, DuPage, Will, McHenry, Kane, and Kendall.
