Larry and Helen Vargus Engineering Scholarship

This scholarship is awarded to students who demonstrates a financial need studying Mechanical Engineering. First preference is to a student(s) from Muscatine County. Second preference will be given to a student(s) from Eastern Iowa studying Mechanical Engineering. Third preference will be given to student(s) with veteran status. Eligibility for financial need scholarships requires completion of the FAFSA.
