Award to an outstanding doctoral student in Education Measurement & Statistics who is completing a dissertation concerned with measurement in one of these ares: 1) math ed; 2) science ed; 3) social studies ed; 4) English ed. Student to be chosen on the basis of quality and significance of research on which the dissertation is based.
