One award of $1,000 available for the Exchanges Best Essay Contest. This award is reserved for students majoring in BA in Translation. Please submit a Degree Audit from MyUI and your essay. - Transcript: Upload your most updated transcript, including a statement of your GPA in the College of Liberal Arts and in the major. This can be a printout of your most recent Degree Audit from MyUI.
- Best Undergraduate Translation Essay: This award is reserved for Translation majors only. The essay (1200-1750 words) can be scholarly or creative.
- Cover Letter: Please include a one-page cover letter that includes information about your choice of essay topic, and, if applicable, which UI Translation class you completed the essay for (500 words maximum).
- Works Cited: Scholarly essays must include a Work Cited. Applicants must include a Degree Audit from MyUI.
