Starner Family Fund in honor of Maj. Levi H. Thornhill, USAF (retired)

This scholarship is awarded to two deserving students in the University of Iowa College of Engineering. Donor’s preference will be given to a student who demonstrates knowledge of the African-American culture. Frst preference will be given to students majoring in biomedical engineering and second preference to to students majoring in environmental engineering that are residents of Iowa. Leadership qualities of the applicants will also be considered. Recipients must maintain a minimum 2.5 GPA
