Lawrence Tabak Nonfiction Student Project and Professional Development Fund

Undergraduate English Majors are invited to apply for funds to cover their expenses for a summer internship or research project that will result in a long-form piece of nonfiction writing. Funds of up to $5,000 are available. Applications should include a one-page CV along with a 2-3 page proposal describing the project and outlining a budget. Up to half of the requested funds may be disbursed in advance, with the other half being awarded upon completion of the project. Applications are due on March 15, 2026. A decision will be made by March 31, 2026.
