Hawkeye America Needs Farmers Henry B. Tippie College of Business Opportunity Scholarship

The Hawkeye America Needs Farmers Henry B. Tippie College of Business Opportunity Scholarship will be awarded to to students in the Henry B. Tippie College of Business who demonstrate financial need and a strong connection to Iowa’s agricultural or rural communities. Applicants must be graduating high school seniors or currently enrolled undergraduate students. Preference will be given to those with meaningful ties to farming or rural life in Iowa and/or who have shown a commitment to contributing to the advancement of rural or agricultural development in Iowa. Examples of qualifying connections may include, but are not limited to, growing up on or actively participating in a family farm, involvement in agricultural organizations such as FFA, 4-H, or county extension programs, or residing in a rural Iowa county or community. Additional preference shall be given to those that are a member of a student organization that is focused on advancing the interests of females or to those who have demonstrated a commitment to advancing opportunities for women.
