Clyde James Scholarship

Awarded to students on the basis of academic achievement and financial need. First preference is given to graduates of Keokuk High School or Southeastern Community College in Keokuk, IA. Preference is also given to students who are in the top 20% of their graduating class. The award is renewable for up to three additional years provided the recipient maintains full-time enrollment and is making satisfactory progress toward a bachelor’s degree.
