Lloyd and Gladys Burr Cunningham Nursing Scholarship

The Lloyd and Gladys Burr Cunningham Nursing Scholarship was established by the late Mary Zender and her late husband, Robert Zender in memory of her parents. The fund is currently being supported by the Zenders’ daughter, Ms. Kristine Peterson. The scholarship criteria are: students in the pre-licensure BSN or RN-BSN program who are enrolled next fall and who demonstrate financial need (FAFSA required) with preference given to women from Iowa. This award is renewable as long as the student continues to meet the criteria of the award.
